Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces vodka
Juice of 1/2 lime
Ginger beer
Directions:
1. Pour vodka and lime juice into a copper mug or a collins glass. Add ice cubes.
2. Fill with ginger beer.
3. Stir.
4. Add a twist of lemon peel.
