CROQUE MADAME

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 slices sourdough or wheat bread
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 ounces Gruyère or Emmenthaler cheese, thinly sliced
- 5 ounces sliced smoked ham

Directions:
