Omelet in a Bag
Omelet in a Bag
Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) carton egg substitute (equal to 8 eggs)
Omelet fillings (celery, onions, bacon bits, etc.)
1 sandwich-size zip-top plastic bag per omelet
Directions:
1. Fill a large (2-3 quart) pot 4/5 full of water and bring to a boil.
2. Pour some egg substitute into a bag and add your favorite fillings. Seal and squeeze to mix thoroughly.
3. Drop the bag into the boiling water and cook about 8-10 minutes, checking occasionally.
4. When done, open the bag and slide the omelet onto a plate.
