LEAN DIJON STEAK STRIPS
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 pound eye spherical steak, excess weight trimmed
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon body weight-absolutely free bitter product
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
3. Combine ingredients in sequence, stirring or layering for even cooking.
