Blue Fix
Ingredients:
Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon water
Shaved ice
2 1/2 ounces blue curaçao
Lemon slice, for garnish
Directions:
1. Squeeze the lemon or lime into a Collins glass. Add the sugar and water and stir.
2. Fill with shaved ice, add the curaçao and stir well.
3. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve with a straw.
