Gibson (Gin and Lime)
Ingredients:
2 ounces gin
1/4 ounce sweetened lime juice (or 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice)
Skewered cocktail onions, for garnish
Ice
Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin and lime juice and shake.
2. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass and garnish with cocktail onions.
