Peach Melba Cocktail
Ingredients:
1 ounce peach schnapps
1/2 ounce black raspberry liqueur
3 ounces heavy cream
Peach slice, for garnish
Ice
Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add the schnapps, raspberry liqueur and cream and shake.
3. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass and garnish with a peach slice.
