ALSATIAN CHICKEN
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 cup Riesling wine
- 1 tablespoon flooring mustard powder
- Salt to flavor
- Pepper to style
- 1 cup entire milk
Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
