CHICKEN BREAST ROTOLO WITH CURRANT STUFFING
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons pine mad or other nut
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup new currants
- 1 tablespoon refreshing thyme or basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons clean parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
