CHICKEN TETRAZZINI

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces dried spaghetti or linguini, damaged within just 50 %
- 12 ounces clean asparagus, trimmed and lower into 1" sections
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces minor complete fresh new button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup all-rationale flour
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cup milk
- 2 ounces Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon finely shredded lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon added-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh new parsley

Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
3. Combine ingredients in sequence, stirring or layering for even cooking.
4. Cook until the texture and doneness are correct, then adjust seasoning.
5. Plate and serve hot, or chill first if the recipe is served cold.
