SPANISH CHICKEN AND RICE

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons a lot more-virgin olive or vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, minimize into chunk-sizing elements
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon recently flooring black pepper
- 4 ounces clean button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup extended-grain rice, raw
- 1 cup black olives, pitted and lower within just 50 %

Directions:
