MEXICAN-Design and style BAKED PASTA

Ingredients:
- 12 ounces dried bow tie pasta
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup all-reason flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro, beaten
- 1 teaspoon flooring cumin
- 3 cups milk
- 6 ounces Colby cheese, cubed
- 6 ounces Monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1 cup bottled salsa
- 2 cup halved pitted green and/or ripe olives

Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
3. Combine ingredients in sequence, stirring or layering for even cooking.
4. Cook until the texture and doneness are correct, then adjust seasoning.
5. Plate and serve hot, or chill first if the recipe is served cold.
