PEPPERONI PASTA
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces dried spaghetti, ruined within just 50 %
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces clean button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 3 ounces pepperoni, thinly sliced or cubed
- 6 cups evenly packed contemporary spinach, stems taken out and torn
- 1 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh new basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and recently flooring pepper to flavor
Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
3. Combine ingredients in sequence, stirring or layering for even cooking.
4. Cook until the texture and doneness are correct, then adjust seasoning.
5. Plate and serve hot, or chill first if the recipe is served cold.
