¼ cup brown rice flour
¼ cup raw wheat germ
¼ cup milk powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon nutmeg

pinch of cloves
pinch of salt
small handful each of chopped walnuts, raisins,
chopped dried apples
