Frosted Sugar Melt Cookies
MAKES 30 COOKIES
Making the smallest change—adding feather-light confectioners’ sugar to cookies
instead of granulated sugar—magically transforms them into melt-in-your-mouth
delights. Usually I like to dip my cookies in a little almond milk, but be warned:
these cookies are so light and delicate they will disintegrate right in your cup. So
enjoy them as is—soft, frosted, and enchanting.
