SIMPLIFIED BOUILLABAISSE

Ingredients:
- 1 cup added-virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch green onions (4 or 5 stalks), sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 cups tomato juice or chicken broth
- 1 cup Chardonnay or other dry white wine
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon recently flooring black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon thyme, overwhelmed
- 1 tablespoon parsley, beaten
- 1 pound whitefish, lower into 1" elements
- 1 pound frozen cooked shrimp, thawed

Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
3. Combine ingredients in sequence, stirring or layering for even cooking.
4. Cook until the texture and doneness are correct, then adjust seasoning.
5. Plate and serve hot, or chill first if the recipe is served cold.
