Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
- Salt to style
- Pepper to style
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
