Simple Mexican Brown Rice

Directions:

 Cook rice in accordance to package guidance. Mounted apart.
 Warm the oil inside of a huge skillet around medium-higher warmth.  Each time sizzling, increase the onions, tomatoes and jalapeno and sauté right up until only gentle, relating to 2-3 minutes.  Incorporate garlic and sauté for an additional second.
Insert the tomato paste, cumin, paprika, cayenne, salt and pepper.  Stir to flippantly coat the greens.  Increase the cooked rice, stir, and cook for 1 second or right until heated throughout. Provide with cilantro and lime wedges upon the aspect.


Ingrediants:
4 cups frozen or cooked (unseasoned) brown rice
1 teaspoon olive oil
½ medium onion, finely diced
2 medium plum tomatoes, lower cube
1 jalapeno, seeds and membrane eradicated, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
½ teaspoon cumin
¼ smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Recently flooring black pepper, to style
5 lime wedges, for serving
chopped cilantro, optional
