Beef Carpaccio
1/4 lb rare roast beef, thinly sliced
1/2 lemon, juice of
A single tbsp excess virgin olive oil
salt and clean pepper
1.Five cups baby arugula
.25 oz shaved Asiago or Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Lay the roast beef more than a plate. Incorporate half of the vinaigrette in direction of the roast beef. Final with arugula, salt, pepper, getting vinaigrette and shaved Asiago. Serve automatically.
