Broken Cola Icing
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. broken pecans
1 box confectioners sugar (about 4 cups)
6 tbsp. cola
3 tbsp. cocoa
Directions:
Combine butter, cocoa, and cola in a saucepan. Heat to boiling. Pour over powdered sugar and beat well. Add
pecans, stir well. Pour over hot cake. Let cool. Cut and enjoy !
