INDIAN SPINACH SALAD
Ingredients:
- 1 cup bitter product
- 1 teaspoon floor cumin, pan-toasted
- 1 teaspoon flooring coriander, pan-toasted
- 1 teaspoon recently floor black pepper
- Salt to flavor
- 2 tablespoons clean mint, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons refreshing cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 cup currants or raisins
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1 cup roasted cashews
- 1 cup almonds, toasted and chopped
- 1 cup pistachios, toasted
- 1 cup macadamia ridiculous, chopped
- 8 cups refreshing baby spinach
Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
3. Combine ingredients in sequence, stirring or layering for even cooking.
4. Cook until the texture and doneness are correct, then adjust seasoning.
5. Plate and serve hot, or chill first if the recipe is served cold.
