Strawberry Liqueur I. FRIDAY’S

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon strawberry liqueur
1 tablespoon grenadine
1 tablespoon Rose’s lime juice
4 strawberries, hulled and coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 whole strawberry, for garnish

Directions:
1. Combine the rum, strawberry liqueur, grenadine, lime juice, and chopped
strawberries with 2 cups of crushed ice in a blender. Process until smooth.
2. Wet the rim of a martini or margarita glass and dip it into the sugar.
3. Make a slit in the whole strawberry from the bottom and slide it onto the rim of
the glass.
4. Pour the daiquiri into the garnished glass and serve with a small bar straw.
