HASH BROWNS WITH SAUSAGE AND APPLES

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 5 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- Salt and recently flooring pepper to flavor
- 6 ounces cooked smoked sausage, coarsely chopped

Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
