Chocolate Mini Cheesecakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) margarine
2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Combine flour, margarine and confectioners' sugar. Mix with electric mixer until dough forms a ball.
Roll out and press onto bottom of a 13 x 9−inch baking dish; press pecans into dough. Bake at 350
degrees F until golden; cool.
