Great Canadian White Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients:
2 cups graham or chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 to 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
Mix together and press into a greased 10−inch spring−form or cheesecake pan. Bake at 350°F for 10
minutes. Meanwhile, prepare filling.
