Orange-and-rhubarb Marmalade
Ingredients:
- 8 oranges
- 1 qt. sizzling water
- 4 lb. sugar
- 3 qt. rhubarb slice into elements
Directions:
1. Unique step: ORANGE-AND-RHUBARB MARMALADE
2. Unique step: Plan the oranges as for orange marmalade. Gradually cook the yellow portion of the pores and skin within just 1 quart of water for 1/2 hour. To this include the sugar and the rhubarb, and cook bit by bit till it is fairly thick. Stir within the orange pulp and cook till the mix is once again thick. Pour into scorching sterilized eyeglasses, neat, seal, and label.
