Sour Cream Layer
Ingredients:
1 pint dairy sour cream
1/3 cup granulatedsugar
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon rum extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Spread over cheese layer. Return cheesecake to oven. Increase temperature to
450 degrees F and bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool, then chill.

Makes 12 to 16 servings
