Creamed Spinach Lightened Up

2 tsp butter
1/2 cup shallots, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups excess weight free of charge milk
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp refreshing pepper
salt to flavor
16 oz bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and tired of all humidity

Within a substantial saute pan, soften butter. Insert shallots and garlic and cook upon medium in excess of 5 minutes. Increase flour to shallots, mixture perfectly and cook one additional moment. Remove warm to very low and slowly and gradually insert milk, whisking very well. Include parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper and incorporate very well. Incorporate boursin gentle and blend with till gentle. Insert spinach and incorporate properly with sauce, cook one second, right until heated all through. Alter salt and pepper if essential. Generates 6 1/2 cups.
