P. F. CHANG’S ASIAN PEAR MOJITO

Ingredients:
3 lime wedges
5 mint leaves
1 ounce DeKuyper Sour Apple

Directions:
Pucker schnapps
1½ ounces Bacardi Limón citrus
rum
splash pineapple juice
club soda
GARNISH
mint sprig

1. Dump 3 lime wedges and 5 mint leaves into a 16-ounce glass. Add the
sour apple schnapps and muddle the ingredients until the juice is out of the
lime wedges.
2. Fill glass with ice, then add citrus rum, a splash of pineapple juice, and
fill the glass the rest of the way up with club soda.
3. Add a sprig of mint and a lime wedge and serve.

P. F. CHANG’S CHANG’S KEY LIME PIE MARTINI
This cocktail clone requires a vanilla-flavored Spanish liqueur called Licor 43. When
it’s mixed with key lime juice, sugar, and cream in just the right proportions, you get a
remarkable liquid version of key lime pie.The restaurant uses bottled key lime juice
which can be found at specialty stores such as Trader Joe’s, or you can just squeeze
your own key limes. And if you can’t track down Licor 43, I found that Tuaca liqueur
substitutes nicely. Cheers.
