Wheatgrass Chlorophyll Boost
Ingredients:
1 Granny Smith (green) apple
½ cup of wheatgrass (approximately 2–3 handfuls), or 1-ounce shot of wheatgrass
½ lemon, juiced
Directions:
1-inch piece of ginger
1 teaspoon blue-green algae, spirulina, or green powder of choice
DIRECTIONS
Juice apple and wheatgrass and mix or blend in balance of ingredients. If your juicer is
not good at juicing wheatgrass, wrap the wheatgrass in a lettuce leaf and run through
juicer.
WHEATGRASS SHOT
Wheatgrass should be cut fresh and juiced. A slow auger juicer works best. If your
juicer is not good at juicing wheatgrass, wrap the wheatgrass in a lettuce leaf and run
through juicer.
INGREDIENTS
