1 orange, juiced
½ medium beet
2 celery stalks
1 handful spinach
½ lemon, juiced

Juice all ingredients in order listed.
Shots and Boosts
Shots and boosts are supplements to juicing or blending. They can be made and added
to a juice, or consumed straight on their own. They are quick pick-me-ups instead of
coffee or other stimulants. Supplements used should be in liquid form. For recipes with a
citrus ingredient, either peel citrus and put segments through juicer or juice separately and
