Classic Swiss Steak
Serves 4
Swiss steak brings to mind images of June Cleaver in her apron, but it really
deserves more attention. This clever dish uses braising to tenderize tough pieces of
meat, making them flavorful and delicious. Serve it with braised cabbage or a green
salad.
