Caramel Ice Product
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1 qt. skinny product
- 2 Tb. flour
- 1 Tb. vanilla
Directions:
1. Unique step: CARAMEL ICE Product (Adequate to Provide 6)
2. Unique step: 1-1/2 c. sugar
3. Unique step: Caramelize 1/2 of the sugar and incorporate the water. Cook to a sirup. Plan a custard with the milk, getting sugar, flour, egg, and salt. Remove against the warmth, increase the caramel and the product, stress, incorporate the vanilla, great, and freeze.
