Tapioca Custard
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. tapioca
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:

2. Unique step: Soak the tapioca for 4 or 5 hrs and drain off the water. Cook the tapioca and the milk within just a double boiler right up until it is clear and remove against the fire.
