THOUSAND ISLAND
Dressing
Sandy’s dad, Max, is a huge fan of this traditional Thousand Island dressing. Much
like his grandsons and their “gravy”, he dips everything in it. His favorite use for this
dressing is for dipping his fries! When Crystal lived in Utah, she saw that restaurants
made a similar dressing, which they called “fry sauce.” Makes 1 cup
