1 papaya, peeled and diced 3/4-inch cubes (5 cups)
2 mangoes, peeled and diced 3/4-inch cubes (2 1/2 cups)
1 new pineapple, peeled and diced booking the juice 3/4-inch cubes (4 cups)
2 massive bananas, peeled and diced 3/4-inch cubes (2 cups)
1/4 cup contemporary grated coconut, for garnish
Recommendations:
Mix the papaya, mangoes, and pineapple inside of a high bowl and insert the juice against the pineapple. Go over and refrigerate till chilled.
Simply just ahead of serving, increase the bananas and garnish with new coconut.
Generates 13 1/2 cups.
