Ox-tail Soup

Ingredients:
- 2 ox tails
- 1 huge onion
- 1 Tb. beef drippings
- 4 qt. chilly water
- 1 Tb. combined herbs
- 4 peppercorns
- 1 Tb. salt

Directions:

3. Unique step: Clean and slice up the ox tails, separating them at the joints. Reduce the onion and brown it and fifty percent of the ox tails inside of the beef drippings. Every time they are browned, put them and the remainder of the ox tails into a kettle. Include the water and the herbs and peppercorns tied within just a tiny piece of cheesecloth.
