Dutch Oven Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Ingredients:
1 package complete white cake mix
1 can pineapple rings, juice reserved
1 small bag pecans
1 small jar maraschino cherries
1/2 cup brown sugar
Margarine
Flour, for the pan
Foil and a foil-covered cardboard circle slightly smaller than the Dutch oven

Directions:
1. Line a Dutch oven with foil, grease and flour well.
2. Layer the bottom with pineapple rings and fill the holes with pecans and cherries.
3. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice, and add 4 to 5 pats of margarine.
4. Prepare the cake mix using the rest of the pineapple juice as the liquid and pour into the oven.
5. Cover and bake with 6 briquettes on the bottom and 18 on top (a 1-to-3 ratio) for 20-30 minutes.
6. Let the oven cool, place the covered cardboard on top of the cake and invert. Slowly peel off the foil and serve.
