A Preferred Cafe Drink
Ingredients:
2 1/2 ounce gin or vodka
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1/2 - 3/4 ounce olive brine to taste
1 or 2 green olives for garnish
Slowly and gradually add the olive brine (shift very simple)
Pressure into a chilled martini glass
Directions:
1. Pour the gin or vodka and dry vermouth into a blending glass
2. Stir
3. Garnish with the olive(s)
