Asian Peanut Dip
Asian Peanut Dip
Ingredients:
½ cup natural-style peanut butter
⅓ cup low-fat firm silken tofu
3 Tbsp firmly packed light brown sugar
2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 Tbsp lime juice
½ to ¾ tsp crushed red-pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine peanut butter, tofu, brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, red pepper,
and garlic. Process until smooth and creamy, stopping once or twice to scrape down sides of work
bowl. The dip will keep, covered, in refrigerator for up to 2 days.
