Vegetarian Pasta Recipe: Recipe versus Cafe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
- Salt and coarse black pepper
- 1/3 cup zucchini, lower into "match sticks
- 1/3 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped (and/or sugar snap peas) Clean basil to taste, chopped
- Refreshing parsley to taste, chopped
- 1 tablespoon clean lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon toasted pine outrageous (or other toasted mad if you favor)
- 12 ounces linguine pasta, cooked al dente'
- Shredded Parmesan cheese for garnish
Directions:
1. Within a warm pan, spot the olive oil, sprinkle inside the salt and pepper, and saute© onion and garlic temporarily
2. (DO NOT Burn up GARLIC)
3. Add the match adhere zucchini and mushrooms. Cook quickly
4. Include lemon juice, basil and tomatoes, sugar snap peas if getting, and linguine pasta
5. saute© till heated adequately
6. Pour into pasta bowls and ultimate with toasted pine outrageous and Parmesan cheese
