Potato and Green Bean Salad

7 huge contemporary potatoes, peeled
1 lb string beans beans, finishes trimmed
1 2.8 oz can sliced olives, worn out
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup excess virgin olive oil
3 scallions, chopped
kosher salt and new pepper


Guidance:
