Oatmeal Bread

Servings: 4

Ingredients:
• 3 1/2 cup Water
• 2 tbsp Salt
• 1/2 cup Margarine
• 4 Eggs
• 1/2 cup Honey
• 1/2 cup Wheat germ
• 5 1/2 cup White flour
• 1/2 cup Cornmeal
• 4 cup Rolled oats
• 4 1/2 cup Wheat flour
• 4 package Yeast

Instructions:
1. Warm water, margarine, and honey to 120f (48c). Add white flour, oats, yeast, salt, and eggs. Fight inside of mixer for 3 minutes.
2. Cover being components, fight at high pace 3-4 minutes until eventually rigid dough. Knead on floured board til gentle & not sticky.
3. Place in just greased bowl, transform about, cover, and allow add 45 minutes til doubled. Punch down, reduce into even quantities, roll out lightly to 3/8" thickness.
4. Roll which includes a jelly roll, pinch down finishes, fold finishes underneath, & stage inside greased pans.
5. Cover and allow add 1 hour til doubled. Bake at 375f for 40 minutes, amazing on twine racks, serve. Would make 4 enormous loaves.
