Southern Biscuit Muffins

Servings: 12

Ingredients:
• 2 1/2 cup All-explanation flour
• 1/4 tsp Sa;t
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1/4 lb Furthermore 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
• 1 cup Chilly milk

Instructions:
1. In just a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; mixture nicely, breaking up any lumps. Hard work the butter in just by means of hand until finally the mix resembles coarse cornmeal, producing guaranteed no lumps are remaining.
2. Slowly but surely stir inside the milk, mixing just until finally dry componentsp are moistened. DO NOT OVERBEAT.
3. Spoon the batter into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 350°F until golden brown, over 35 to 40 minutes.
