Place Bran Muffins
Servings: 8
Ingredients:
• 1 cup 40% Bran Flakes Cereal
• 1/2 cup Shortening
• 1 cup Boiling Water
• 1 1/2 cup Sugar
• 2 1/2 cup Unbleached Flour, Sifted
• 2 Superior Eggs
• 2 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
• 2 cup All-Bran Cereal
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 cup Butter/Bitter Milk
Instructions:
1. Mix 40% Bran Flakes and boiling water inside bowl. Allow for stand 10 minutes. Sift with each other flour, baking soda and salt; established apart.
2. Cream collectively shortening and sugar in just superior mixing bowl until gentle and fluffy, applying electrical mixer at medium pace.
