Ingredients:
• 4 cup Flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 3 tsp Cream of tartar
• 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 2 cup Cream or "50 % and 50 %"
Instructions:
1. Sift dry components. Cut in just 1/4 cup of butter. Add the cream. Roll out on a floured board. Cut with a 2-inch cutter.
2. Bake on an ungreased pan in just a hot oven of 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until eventually golden brown.
