PINEAPPLE-BRAN Entire-WHEAT MUFFINS Types: Breads
Servings: 12
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Complete wheat flour
• 1 cup 100% all-bran cereal
• 1 tbsp Baking powder
• 1/3 cup Skim milk
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
• 8 oz Can beaten pineapple w juic
• 1 Egg

Instructions:
1. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Overcome the egg somewhat. Add cereal, milk, and oil to the egg.
2. Stir to mix. Allow stand for 2 min. or until the cereal adds softened. Stir the pineapple, like the juice, into the mix.
3. Cover flour mix, stirring basically until eventually mixed. Spoon the batter lightly into a paper-coated muffin tin and bake at 400°F for over 25 min.
4. Serve very hot. Cal: 100, Pounds: 1g.
