Ingredients:
• - G. Granaroli XBRG76A
• 1/4 lb Shredded mozzarella
• - MM:MK VMXV03A
• 1/4 cup Grated cheese
• 1 lb Pizza dough
• Salt and pepper
• 4 Sausage one-way links
• Egg clean (1 egg whipped
• 1 large Onion cutped
• With 1 tbsp water)
• 1 large Pepper

Instructions:
1. Allow dough add until eventually double in just dimensions. (over 4 several hours) Squeeze sausage meat versus pores and skin and crumble.
2. Sautee with onion and cutped pepper. Drain nicely. Punch down dough and slice in just fifty percent. Roll into a rectangle.
3. Best with 50 percent meat and cheeses. Roll up and desired place in shallow baking pan seam aspect down.
4. Repeat with other dogh. Brush egg clean higher than either loaves. Lower 3 slitsp 1" inside every single loaf.
5. Bake at 375 for 25-30 min. Serve very hot.
