Pizza Dough

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Instant escalating yeast
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 cup Flour
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 1 cup Luke hot water
• 2 1/4 cup Flour
• 2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. Inside a higher bowl mix yeast and 1 cup of flour, then add in just water,oil, salt and sugar. Cover 2 to 2-1/4 cups of flour or ample to create a delicate dough.
2. Knead until eventually tender and elastic. Place in just a evenly greased bowl, turning dough to grease all around.
3. Cover with a tea towel and allow add inside a very hot Space for 1 to 1-1/2 several hours or until eventually dough doubles in just sizing.
4. Punch down and divide dough inside 50 %. Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease pizza pans and roll out dough on evenly floured show up into a 12" circle.
5. Place on pan. Allow add for 10 minutes. Put on topping and bake in accordance to recipe guidelines. OPTION: For a crustier backside, precook dough marginally (over 10 minutes or till edges are lightly browned).

7. After frozen, put inside plasticup freezer bag. Retains perfectly for one thirty day period. Thaw inside fridge.
