Summer months Squash and Chive Pancakes

2 cups cooked shredded squash (against 3 1/2 yellow squash)
1 egg
1 egg white
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 clove garlic, overwhelmed
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
3 tbsp new chopped chives
1/2 tsp kosher salt
pinch contemporary cracked pepper
